Mark Hempton: Working the "hot zones" of West Africa to find commercial oil and the latest dance steps. Hail to the Chief! (submitted '96)
Ray Mitchell: Sue (Hicks '81) and I moved to Bartlesville with the merger of Conoco and Phillips oil companies in late 2002. We had spent the previous 7 years in Dubai, UAE - a great experience for the entire family. The boys are getting older - Tyler is 17 and will be a senior this year. He's interested in choir, acting, and science, takes lots of AP classes, and is looking for colleges. Sam just turned 16 and majors in basketball. He's 6'6"+ and playing AAU ball in Tulsa this summer. Holden is 13, likes baseball, plays the sax, and cuts the lawn for me. Riley is 11, also plays baseball, and battles his brothers. I've worked for Conoco or subsidiary for over 18 years. Still doing geology. (submitted 6/03)
