ALUMNI NEWS NOTES

Class of 2000

Carolyn Goodridge: My company was acquired by a huge international corporation called Tetra Tech several years ago and we have started feeling the effects of that change in the past 6 months or so. The consulting business has not been doing well in the New England area recently and the prospects on the local front do not look that positive. The real push is towards the international/federal sector and several other departments in my company have started work on army bases in Afghanistan, Iraq and potentially throughout the rest of the Middle East.

As for my own prospects, I am starting to think about getting out of the environmental consulting business and back into school or perhaps a career change. I am in the very beginning stages of figuring out what I want to do and hope to utilize some Colgate contacts in the near future. (submitted 6/03)
