Last updated 2/12 Geochemistry Lab The 'Geochem Lab' accommodates a variety of soil, sediment, rock and water sample preparations and analyses. It is fully equipped with centrifuges, balances, spectrometers, pH meters, titration apparatus, hoods, sieves, settling tubes, desiccators, field equipment, sonifiers, a convection oven, muffle furnace, waterbath, shaker table and nutator, as well as all the necessary labware. The geochem lab is used for student and faculty research throughout the summer and academic year.
