Surface Pressure Analysis of Equilibrium Monolayers

Through the measurement of surface pressure of equilibrium lipid monolayers, we can determine the lipid compositions where gel and fluid phases coexist in the corresponding lipid  bilayers.  This project consisted of building the measurement apparatus and taking preliminary force curves with it to find the specifications of the components I fabricated.
